I actually discovered bed bugs on my second night (I had been too tired to notice I think the first night!) and the staff handled this situation extremely professionally. There was also excellent follow up after the event. My company was not charged for the two nights and I was offered a feee night down the track. I will be staying there again as I understand that these things happen and the way that this situation was handled was both compassionate and practical.

A well-maintained hotel with responsive employees especially with a request we had. Perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful with outstandingly accommodating personnel with a receptionist who seemingly wanted to refuse us entry. There is a small restaurant from the lobby and cafes and restaurants galore.

It has favourable setting and incredible staff at the reception desk. We will be back, liked its location.

Fantastic and wonderful place with thoughtful employees at the reception desk. Favourable location with taverns and cafés walking distance to the place. Fabulous restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was ideal, the staff was thoughtful, real good experience overall. Well laid out and extremely pleasant rooms, lovely bed. Free parking on site provided. Indoor swimming pool with a sauna and a hot tub was great.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the beach in the most crowded area. Our room had a brilliant view of the ocean and we enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful, especially with a request we had. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a kitchenette and a balcony. The hotel also had great facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center, which we made full use of. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

It's was just a great getaway for a nice weekend with great facilities near by

I liked the location from Brisbane to getaway for a short break. The room was good with the spa bath and the view was great.

We arrived at 1.30pm and our room was not ready. Parked our car underground and waited in the lobby, no coffee or drinks were offered to us. Our room was finally ready after 2.30pm. Also the lift is very noisy next to our room.

I loved the location of this hotel- it was so convenient to have Coles right next door! My room had a great ocean view and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great stay at this hotel.

I was fortunate enough to get a room which had a bedroom that was separate while other rooms have the bedroom as you enter the room and while it may be partitioned off, it is open.

The price would be restrictive if I stayed longer. I would like them to give a discount for three nights and over.

Loved walking barefoot in the sand along the water's edge. Good selection of food/coffee outlets along the water front. Easy pleasant walking distance to Alexandra Headlands. Great walking tracks and boardwalks. .

Lift was temperamental.

Excellent customer service, even during a gas explosion in a nearby restaurant. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Fantastic facilities, including a large pool and games room. Convenient location with shops and restaurants close by. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, not very far from Mooloolaba Esplanade. The restaurant was lovely from the lobby and cafes and restaurants galore, I tried excellent dishes. Excellent service, although a few employees were quite busy.
